I have been to the business to get a quote to have my pendent fixed. While I was there, I also asked him if he could resize my gold ring to a 6.5 size. He said no problem to bring him some gold and he would do it for $25. We brought him some gold, the ring, and some ear rings to fix.Today a week later we went to pick up my items at the store to find my ring completely ruined, there is no way to get it fixed ever again. He had burned the pendent and the ear rings looked untouched. He weighed the ring that is worth well around $280 plus in a jeweller and said I will give you $30 dollars for it. We tried explaining to him that I was not pawning my ring but resizing it as it had a deep sentimental value for me. . He gave back my damage jewellery and kept the gold that was also given to him for the repairs along keeping the money he had also charged us for labour for ruining our jewellery
