Concept Lighting Galleries

We ordered lights for our newly renovated bathroom. It has been over 5 months now and we still don’t have the lights. We have been through a series of backorders, non-deliveries and unavailability, forcing us to change our order and continue to call on a regular basis only to find out that our lights won’t be in yet for another several weeks... The company, including the owner to whom we submitted our complaint, have refused to refund the deposit for lights that have not materialized. I would highly recommend not placing any orders, and certainly not putting down a deposit on any lights that are not immediately available.
