Very poor first impression. Set an appointment for an initial consultation in their satellite office. After waiting 20 minutes, the receptionist at the office suggested I call them ( I understand that this was a shared office, but she didn't have the number?) Called, and they claimed that I was in the wrong office. Not true, as I cannot drive, this was the only office available to me; was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back, and was disconnected. they called back and claimed that It was another 3:30 appointment that had been cancelled; and somehow mine was confused with that. After spending $50 in cab fare and making special arrangements for my son's pickup at school, I was enraged. If they can't make and keep appointments, I have little faith in the rest of the organization.
