Har-Par Investments is a full service multi-family residential development company, providing residents of Edmonton, Calgary and Grande Prairie with quality rental communities. Since 1993 we have offered experience and expertise in the multi-family and adult-living sector, Har-Par has a strong track record that includes a wide range of rental properties that range from Apartment Living, with bachelor to three bedroom units, to Townhome Living with two to four bedroom units. Some of these properties are family oriented, adult only communities, some of which offer a pet-free and smoke-free environment. We pride ourselves in offering a diverse community to meet the needs of society.
