Description

Acko Lounge combines traditional Asian spices with western techniques to create a contemporary spin on fabulous entrées and a cutting edge Sushi Bar. Fresh seasonal ingeredients, balancing opposing spices and integrating textures is our goal. From spring to late fall, Acko's farm, north of Toronto, supplies fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables and berries using organic methods. Akco lounge is a meeting place where you can enjoy artfully created, mouthwatering, Asian/Fusion cuisine in a lush but minimally designed space with dark wood and slate floors. The atmosphere is comfortable, accomodating and earthy with a wine friendly Akco Menu.

The lunch counter is very efficient so you better know what you want once its your turn to order. Chicken terriyaki is one of their specials and it comes with a heaping serving of noodles and white rice. Tempura is freshly fried and kept in the kitchen instead of the steam counter. Thus, it retains its crispy texture instead of becoming soggy.
