Sardis Plumbing & Heating

I have holiday home in the area. They put in a brand new furnace it worked for more or less 40 days that year. Just after the year was up the furnace stopped worki. Sardis plumbing and heating came to check it up they said I needed an new part but my warrantee on the electrical was up 3 weeks before. After some arguing they replaced the part which I did not have to pay for but I had to pay for the delivery of the part and an hour of labour. The same weekend I had to have the sinks lifted in order to get a new countertop installed. The plumber was a very nice man, did the job really quickly then came back the next day to replace the sinks. When he was working on the job he had to chat to his boss and then when he finished he said he had to phone his boss again. We worked out the bill for the 2 days, I paid. Then the Boss Scott wanted more money for 1st day. We argued, he shouted and he threatened to withdraw the guarantee if the sinks leaked. They were there quickly when I needed them but money grabbing
