Century 21 management over this company all the way. I'm a tenant- and the mentality of Dynamic PM is that we (the tenants) are the bottom feeders who's voiced shouldn't be heard. They lack vision, common sense and kindness. I've heard this from others in the business as well. Avoid this company and go with Century 21. They have a really sensible team who works hard for everyone with no priority setting or favouritism between the levels of property renters, owners and local tradespeople.
