Phenomenal! Professional, positive, friendly, knowledgeable and customer service-driven. Willing to go the extra mile, literally: The only authorized Samsung repairman for Comerco (Home Depot's Extended Warranty Provider) willing to drive to Arthur. After 13 days of administrative runaround, Bernie diagnosed the problem, ordered the part from Quebec, installed it and got me up and running again within two days.
