He has done two surveys on our property in Pierrefonds - 1 in 1978 for original owner of our house ... and the one we were given by owners of the house when we purchased it from them - dated 1990. He never mentioned to the Notary for any of the buyers that the garage listed on the survey do not meet Pierrefonds property boundaries. Along with that - the garage we have discovered now when going to sell to a new buyer - never had a building Permit - therefore a minor derogation - cannot be applied for. We are currently now not able to sell house to buyer ... and are looking at having to pull down the garage despite it being solid - built on a cement foundation.
