The manager Lori, of the collections department was extremely unprofessional.. Swearing during the call we all know what "this sH*T" means universally, however it is not language that is appropriate for a professional. I know i owe money. But it is much worse dealing with an individual who has poor grammar and poor attitude. I know this job must suck. But you chose it.
