Tire guyz

Tire Guyz was terrible! We specifically asked whether they could detach an expensive rim from their tires and they said yes. We left the sets with them and came back to see one removed with 11 big scratches on it. They called in their "specialist" to do the others, leaving us waiting over an hour. The specialist removed the other 3, marking each of them also, playing it off as "just a scuff" or "just dirt" instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings.In the end they blamed it on the type of rim, which is one they can't do...We specifically asked them at the start! They made it seem like they were doing us a huge favour by not charging us the $20 they said it'd cost when it would cost upwards of $600 to re-powder coat the rims. Then they didn't return the custom stem caps for the tires...Upon calling them to say we'd come back for them, they said they threw them out as they were "duds" when they were brand new! Awful company, bad service. Will never go back!
