I received a delivery from the Winona yard containing the wrong colour product. Upon calling the manager Scott, (while the delivery person was still here), he said there was an extra expense for the right colour product and they would deliver it later on in the day. Since we were quoted and charged based on the order we gave to the female assistant,I feel that there should have been NO extra charges and a free delivery of the correct product. The product WAS NOT delivered the same day either. Not happy at all with the customer service or the listening skills of the staff.
