Our office prides itself on granting customers professional timely service. The above written review, ( we are aware of the individual) requested a service appointment on January 9th. Informing that he had taken the day off work,insisting we work with his schedule, calling non stop giving attitude to our staff, owners (raising his voice) what was was his disposition and not that of our staff-- each time Informed him, unfortunately the requested date be fully booked. He informed, should you NOT do as I tell you.. I will write a nasty review on your company! Threats to get your way is not how we do business. Julie, incompetetent? Our receptionist, was the one who assisted the customer resolved the issue rearranged dates to assist. Reviews like this one be false and be considered Slander, defamotory in nature . We, are very much aware to who this individual is and will be taking appropriate legal action.
