I called head office they didn't say much in regards to the incident, just offered a "service call" with the same guy, I declined and told them I wont use them again. Oh just to add a huge oil stain on my new driveway from his van what a mess. Watch out fellow customers.“Not sure what has happen to Sears Carpet Cleaning but the quality has fallen substantially. Awful cleaning job, rude employees (offered to do cash job on the side) I left my house cause I was scared of the cleaner he was very pushy and told me my carpets were a mess. The carpets took 3 days to dry, I had to call another company to dry my carpet with industrial fans, so loud with a 3 month old.
