Description
After several years of studying health and fitness independently, I decided to pursue my passion for fitness and make it my career. I attended Sheridan College in 2010 for their Fundamentals of Fitness Leadership program. My academic studies combined the science of physiology, anatomy, biomechanics and nutrition with practical training in exercise, conditioning and activities in special populations.
