Moshe's practice is dedicated to criminal defence work; he has experience in bail hearings, bail reviews, charter motions, trials, resolution meetings and negotiations. Moshe successfully represented clients with various charges such as:
Assault, Domestic Assault, Assault with Weapon, Sexual Assault Robbery, Bank Robbery, Armed Robbery Break & Enter Child Pornography Theft, Car Theft and Possession of Stolen Property Fraud All types of Drugs charges Possession of Prohibited Weapon Possession of Firearm Dangerous Driving, Impaired Driving and Over 80 Mischief Fail to Comply Recognizance, Fail to Comply Probation and Fail to Appear Moshe's practice focus on criminal matters; however, he also has experience with defending cases, which are prosecuted under the Ontario Provincial Offences Act and the Ontario HTA (traffic court). It is important that you as my client will understand your legal case and the legal process you are involved with. Moshe has been a criminal lawyer since 2009 serving Toronto and the GTA . Prior to arriving to Canada, Moshe practiced at the Tel-Aviv District Attorney office in Israel; when he moved to Canada he articled for the Ontario Securities Commission and thereafter was called to the Bar in Ontario. He studied law at Bar-Ilan University and Dalhousie University. As in his practice also in his studies, Moshe focused on the area of criminal law; he has a master degree in Law (LL.M.), and a minor degree in Criminology.
