A little slow to respond to inquiries at the outset. Finally had them install 4 large units in my home, decent price. Install was quick, clean., However, there was 1 window switched out that I thought was the wrong one. When I attempted to contact them with this issue, no response. Not a good sign at all, and not a good way to manage your business when referrals are so key to the business.
