Customer service isn't in their DNA. Too many phone calls to count that went unreturned, delivery people that show up unannounced and are abusive when you ask them to do their job, wrong stone delivered and when you ask for a remedy, they threaten to sue. Do yourself a favor... go else where. Granite is granite.
