Heather is an Orthomolecular Nutritionist and Personal Training Specialist. She graduated from the College of International Holistic Studies with a degree in Orthomolecular Nutrition and most recently completed the CanFitPro certification as a Personal Training Specialist.
Heather's two passions are food and fitness which she brings together beautifully to help you achieve your health goals.
