Why a True Angle Home Inspection?
A home inspector since 2008 and involved in the construction industry since 1986, performing a quality home inspection is my priority. Growing up in the suburbs of Metro Vancouver, residing in the city center for several years and now living on Bowen Island makes me uniquely suitable to understand the needs of urban, suburban and gulf island home buyers and sellers.
What sets me apart from my competitors?
I have worked hands on in the construction of houses, townhouse complexes, condominium complexes and commercial warehouses so I know how a house is built and how to find the defects.
From pouring foundations, framing, and drywalling to electrical and interior finishing, I have the experience to know what to look for. During an inspection I am inspecting components I have worked on for decades and have extensive knowledge of. This is what sets me apart from my competitors - I bring vast hands on knowledge of structures, foundations, roofing, heating, electrical, plumbing and interior finishing to every inspection.
