Little Explorer Dayhome is excited to announce we will soon be offering a preschool style program based on the Mother Goose Time curriculum created for children aged 2 1/2 - 5 years old. We have full time Monday - Friday spots available or part time spots on Tuesday's and Thursday's and part time spots on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays to fill in September with the preschool program beginning in October. Mother Goose Time is a professionally designed preschool curriculum that supports and nurtures children's social, emotional and intellectual growth in a structured yet fun environment. The program includes: * Circle Time * Songs and Dance * Dramatic Play * Story Time * Lots of Take home Arts and Crafts * Many age appropriate activities for learning Letters, Numbers, Colors and Shapes * Parent Update Newsletters and Much More!! Mother Goose Time offers your child a fun way to learn new skills, interact with others and helps prepare for a classroom environment. There will also be lots of time throughout the day for free play, puzzle making, games (both physical and board games) and outdoor time in our fenced backyard including a swing set, toddler climber, sandbox and lots of toys. We are also within close walking distance to two fun parks and have safe transportation and frequently take the children on field trips to places such as Sunnybrook Farms, the Downtown Splash and Spray parks (in the summer time), Bower Ponds, The Red Deer Public Library, Rotary Park and even Petland on the odd rainy day. Little Explorers Dayhome is open from 7:00AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday. All costs and materials associated with the Mother Goose Program are included in your fees as well as healthy snacks and meals. My rates are $700.00 a month for full time care (can be paid on the 1st and 15th if more convenient) or $35.00 a day for part time care. We have strived to create a safe, caring family environment and have a great group so far.
