The Beer Store

This store has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I had a small incident today with the cashier and complained to her about her behavior. Turned out she was also the manager. She got so upset because of my compliant that she REFUSED to sell me the beer. She told me that under the 'charter of sales (or something)' BEER store can refuse to sell products to customer who behave improperly. I was BLOWN away because complaining about bad customer service is NOT behaving in appropriately. May be BEER store has give free hand to its employees to treat customers this way because of its monopoly. If ever you go this store just beware. In fact its best to avoid this place altogether.
