BP Construction Ltd.

I am very disappointed with the work done at my home by BP Construction and Renovation. I was given a quote for the removal and replacement of 9 rotted fence posts. The original quote included the restoration of my backyard to its original state. The place is a mess and BP wanted to charge me an additional @ $1000 to restore my compost and gate and clean up the mess left at my home. BP increased their labour rate to $60/hour without notification (originally $40/hour). BP charged me for the removal of 3500 lbs of waste which listed my composter and “rocks”. I know they did not remove 3500 lbs of concrete from my postholes as each of the 7 pieces (that’s right – only 7 posts were replaced with no explanation but I was charged the same amount of money). I have asked on numerous occasions for an invoice with a breakdown of costs, including hours worked, cost of sub-contacted work, dump fees and supplies. Three weeks have gone by and my multiple requests for a proper invoice have been ignored.
