My family and I joined our friend in celebrating her 50th birthday. We were seated right away as she had a reservation and given bread and water, but it took over 10 minutes to take our drink orders. My daughter, 6, and our baby boy found it difficult to wait, but thankfully they were able to visit our friends and we had brought toys and iPhones for entertaiment. After another 10 minute wait, our food order was taken - chicken fingers and fries for our daughter, the anniversary special for myself with g.arlic potatoes, and a sirloin for my husband with yam fries. The food was DELICIOUS! But a very long wait, and we had to take our desserts to go because the children were quite done with the confines of a restaurant. The Billy Miner Pie was excellent, when we enjoyed it at home, and it is a very generous portion. So, I highy recommend The Keg if you are going out on a date, or meetig up with friends. If you have children however, this may not be the place for you.
