They are very disorganized and do not do a good job at physio. I waited for half an hour yesterday from 11:20 to 11:50 am while the person who was supposed to see me talked about his weekend with his colleagues and their own exercise regimes. Then, when he saw me, he spent five minutes with me and iced my leg (I can do that at home!). He showed me an exercise and left me by myself to do 60 (!) repititions of a leg lift. I then had another physio come by and show me another exercise. After he left someone else came by and then show me a third exercise. Nothing was written down for me to take home in terms of instructions and I had to input the exercises on my cell phone. The three people that I saw were passing my "physio plan" around between them on a post it note and seemed to not really want to deal with me. I got home and did not know what to do after seeing three separate people in the space of 20 minutes; that is quite confusing. I won't be going back there.
