I went in today to purchase Canadian Tire's Premier paint at the Maple location at 3200 Rutherford Road. I have been visiting that store for 19 years and today was my last visit. The associates were fine but the management/owner was responsible for a bad experience. I was ready to make a decently large purchase and I walked out without spending a dime. Terrible customer service followed by a terrible customer experience. I am contemplating on shredding my options MasterCard. I know I will not visit the Maple location again. I gave it one star because it is the lowest option available.
